GETTING AHEAD OF THE CURVE

Here we will tell you about the experience we had in 2020.

In August 2020, we launched the concept of a new batch of children’s clothing!

This concept was very well received. We counted over 100 orders from different countries.

Some new customers were skeptical because when it is a bundle, you do not have access to the choice of patterns, colors, and sizes, but when they received it, they were pleasantly surprised. We had 95% satisfied customers, even if some of them were delivered later. Nevertheless, they are ready to repeat the experience.

1- Why talk about doing it in advance?

If you are in the seasonal business, it is essential to be ahead of the game!

In 2020, we had many issues with balls from certain countries being delivered to customers after the Christmas vacation. It was a time of intense stress + pressure from customers (normal pressure) to avoid all this; we strongly advise you to invest EARLY.

2- Routing in the run-up to and during the holiday season

We want to raise here that when you opt for sea freight, which is the best option, it takes about 60 days to land in your country. However, there are many parcels because of the high season, and the delivery time becomes longer.

The considerable challenge we are facing now is the health crisis. We are all suffering in one way or another from the damage it is causing and continues to cause. It is partly responsible for the delay in delivery last year. Last year, some of our customers had their shipments arrive after the holidays. It was due to the lack of containers blocked in Europe and the USA, caused by the total containment of the populations. Although the packages were delivered on time, we were not lucky enough to ship the packages due to the scarcity of containers.

Unfortunately, we are not yet at the end of our troubles with the pandemic. We are not able to predict the future. That is why we invite our customers and partners to place their orders as early as possible. You could benefit from our low prices and put all the chances on their side to receive their shipments in time for the holidays.
